The Mini-Gastric Bypass Surgery

I too was completely overwhelmed with the packet, however, I decided to put it into parts and start on what seemed to be the "easiest" first, which was joining the mailing list...which you've obviously done.

Then I wrote on a sheet of paper, in number order, what I should do next and so on. I contacted my parents and asked them to do the family letter, called around for a doctor in my area who was cheap (as I've no insurance) and who was close by me.

For the Psychiatrist, I looked in the yellow pages and called around. Found one for $125 who would see me for an hour and write me a letter.

I used Microsoft word to write down all my answers to the patient letter and then copied and pasted it into the form, once I was done.

If you take it one step at a time, it will become easier to handle. Of course, if you have questions, the people on this board will be more than willing to help answer them:)

I chose Las Vegas, as it was the closest to me, plus I was privileged to be a patient of Dr. Rutledge's.
